Dividing an inherited property/house belonging to the late Mashhadi Muhammad ‘Ali among his wife, Bibi Junubi (daughter of the late Karbalayi Ramazan Najjar [the carpenter] Barazi), and his daughters, Bibi Khanum Jan (the wife of the late Mashhadi Ghulam Riza Tufangsaz [the gunsmith], and Bibi Sakinah (the wife of Aqa Qasim).
Mirza Hamd Allah’s inheritance has been divided amongst the following: Hajiyah Gawhar Taj Khanum (his wife), Mirza ‘Alikhan (his son), Agha Baygum Khanum (his daughter and wife of Aqa Muhammad), and Shah Baygum (his daughter and wife of Mahdi).
Fatimah Baygum and her brother Aqa ‘Ali Akbar, children of Aqa Muhammad Husayn Karbalayi from Sar Chanah, give the power of attorney to their cousin, Haj Muhammad Hasan, regarding the inheritance from their brother, Aqa Zayn al-‘Abidin, who died in Nahavand on his way to the shrines in Iraq. They are asking for the remaining two-thirds of Aqa Zayn al-‘Abidin’s assets, after one-third of it is spent on the funeral. They also mention that if something happens to Haj Muhammad Hasan, he can assign another attorney to do the work.
Property sale settlement between Khavar Sultan Khanum, daughter of Sulayman Khan and wife of Aqa Muhammad Riza, and Haj Muhammad, son of the deceased Aqa Husayn Qumshah, regarding a qanat located in Ghumshah for two hundred and fifty tumans.
Settlement between Baygum Sahib, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Muttalib and wife of Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, and Muhammad Husayn Mi‘mar [the architect] from Qumshah over three-sixths and a half of a residential building, in exchange for three hundred and sixty-five tumans. Baygum Sahib's son, Mirza Muhammad Mahdi, represented her in this transaction.

Settlement between the daughter of Mirza ‘Arab‘ali and her older son, Haj Mirza Sayyid Husayn, over a property for thirty tumans, with the condition that Mirza Sayyid Husayn, with the supervision of his brother (Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali) and sister, pay for taʻziyah expenses after their mother’s death.
